Our story
After years of experience with his uncle and various companies, Reinier van Elderen decided to start his own business. In 2000 he founded Frigo Breda, a completely family-owned company, and bought the existing warehouse of Arco Coldstores.
Initially, Frigo’s focus was on the storage of temperature controlled goods such as meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, but over the years it has grown into a full Logistics Partner for its customers.
In order to focus on its own expertise, the teams were devided into Forwarding & Warehousing. This decision helped to build strong teams – experts who use their knowledge and work together to offer the best total service to the market. Since 2025 Frigo Breda Forwarding has been operating as FLX LogistiX – which was a result of a brand rebranding and the next step toward eXtra possibilities. FLX° offer a complete logistics package, with a solution for every stage of the logistics process.
FLX LogistiX has grown from only 8 employees to 29 today, serving customers all over Europe with a full range of logistics services.
